9 Grain Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 30 cookies

1 ¼ cups 9 Grain Cereal
¾ cup flour
½ tsp. Baking soda
¼ tsp. Salt
½ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. Vanilla
½ cup chocolate chips

Combine 9 grain cereal, flour, soda and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar; beat in egg and vanilla. Ad dry mixtures and chocolate chips; stir well. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheets and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350ºf for 10-12 minutes.
