Almond Chocolate Biscotti

1 package chocolate cake mix
1 cup flour
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup chocolate syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp. Almond extract
½ cup slivered almonds
½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 pkg. (10-12 oz.) white chips
2 Tbsp. Butter
Combine dry cake mix, flour, butter, chocolate syrup, eggs and extracts; mix well. Stir in the almonds and chocolate chips. Roll into balls and put on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.
In small saucepan over low heat, melt white chips and 2 Tbsp butter. Drizzle over biscotti; let stand until hardened.
